Who handles your enquiry
NØRVA is the business name used for this website and its outdoor living sourcing service. The contact responsible for enquiries is Ernestas Laucevičius, Lithuania. Contact sales@norva.group about this notice or your personal information.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email, project country, chosen interests and project description, together with any optional company and timing information you provide. We use these details to respond, clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We also use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abusive form submissions. We do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How your information is used
Enquiry processing is based on your request for information and steps you ask us to take before a potential contract. Security processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. The acknowledgement on the form records that you have read this notice; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Our hosting and communication providers process information needed to run the website, store enquiries and send replies. If a manufacturer needs project details, we share only what is necessary for your enquiry. We will ask before sharing personal contact details where they are not needed to answer your request.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected database and may be included in business email correspondence. We normally retain unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then review them for deletion. If you become a customer, records needed for your order, warranty or legal obligations may be kept longer. Service providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or request portability where applicable. Contact us at the address above. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The hosting platform may use essential security or authentication functionality. The enquiry form keeps a random submission identifier in the open page to prevent duplicate submissions; it does not save your form content in browser storage.
